During high-volume launches and sales, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We ship primarily via USPS/UPS — carrier may vary to get you the best delivery option.
Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed.
Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email (or in your order confirmation page, if applicable).
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you purchase multiple items in one order, we do our best to ship together when possible.
If your package shows "Delivered" but you can't find it, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help.
